John joined the Brad Hutchinson office in 1991 with 6 years of prior real estate experience. John quickly became a key player at the office. In addition to his residential real estate expertise, John possesses a keen understanding of commercial real estate. John is also the office expert in REALTOR and MLS professional association matters. If you are from the area, you may already know John, since he is a lifelong Melrose resident. John, like many of our team of experts, continues to reside here in Melrose with his wife Linda and two wonderful children.

 

Real Estate has been a part of Mark his whole life.  He has been actively involved with the office for over 30 years and co-owner for the past 10. In addition to his real estate background, Mark is a member of the Melrose Rotary Club, the Melrose Masonic Fraternity, the Melrose High School Permanent Scholarship Fund and a past Director for the Greater Boston Association of Realtors & the Greater Boston Real Estate Board. These affiliations keep Mark updated on community developments that directly impact local real estate. After hours, he spends time with his wife Lisa.  His two children, Carly and Robert are now grown adults starting careers and families of their own.
