Pat spent time providing us with vital information, guidance, in order to make important decisions such as how much, when, what to do to prepare the house, even paint colors and placement of smoke detectors. Pat also provided us with a team of people to help us prepare our home, waste disposal people, painters, carpet installers, stageing, and cleaners. All her recommendation's were very capable, available, and a very fair cost. From the start, Pat was all in, punctual, on top of every detail, and passionate about maximizing the value of our house. We found Maureen at BHRE from her already great reviews on Google as we owned a property in the area, but were not very familiar. I was not able to be on site often and the listing needed to be turned around quickly once the tenants moved out. Maureen went above and beyond having the property cleaned and ready! She even had her grandson shovel the walkways and stairs when a storm came and we could not get someone over there to shovel. The house was sold in one weekend with multiple offers.
